Tips to help return to sport injury-free following COVID-19

Research shows that returning to sport following an extended lay-off is a risk factor for soft tissue and bony overuse injuries, especially if training load is not increased in a gradual fashion. Sudden increases in physical activity should be minimised to assist in injury prevention.
