Jack completed his Master of Physiotherapy after initially studying Exercise and Sports Science. His experience spans both high-performance sport and the general population, shaping a practical, outcomes-focused approach to care.
He has worked as a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach and sports trainer, supporting everyone from adolescents and older adults to competitive and semi-professional athletes. Jack has been involved with the Newcastle Knights NSW Cup squad and St Ignatius’ College Riverview, Oxford rugby and other sports teams providing strength and conditioning as well as sports coverage. He has also completed Level 1 and Level 2 APA Sports Physiotherapy courses.
Jack brings valuable high performance sports experience to the clinic, having supported Oxford University Rugby Football Club during their Australian tour and to the athletes at the Shaw and Partner Iron Series at Newcastle Beach.
A passionate rugby union player with experience at Northern Suburbs and Hunter Wildfires in the Shute Shield, Jack understands the demands of sport firsthand. He enjoys helping all patients sporting and non-sporting build strength, recover from injury, and return to what they enjoy most.
