Jack Barr

Master of Physiotherapy

Physiotherapist

Jack completed his Master of Physiotherapy in 2024 after starting his studies with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science. He gained loads of practical experience working in sports and clinical settings with a large variety of people during his university studies, which has shaped his approach to physiotherapy.

Jack has worked as a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and sports trainer, helping everyone from kids and older adults to semi-professional athletes. One of his standout experiences was with the Newcastle Knights NSW Cup team, where he was involved in everything from designing conditioning programs to supporting athletes through their return to play after injuries.

Jack’s love for sports, especially rugby union, has been a big influence on his career. He’s played for Northern Suburbs and Hunter Wildfires in the Shute Shield. His clinical placements have also given him a great foundation in working with a wide range of patients. Jack is excited to continue to expand his skills and continue to learn.

When he’s not working, you’ll probably find Jack playing rugby, in the gym, playing golf or at the beach.
