Angela graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2020 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) and brings extensive experience from working in a busy private musculoskeletal practice, as well as within sporting environments. Angela previously worked at Regent Street Physiotherapy from 2020 to 2024 at which time she left to travel in the UK.

Angela worked as a Physiotherapist at The Running Room in London during her travels, which is a specialist clinic dedicated to the assessment and management of running-related injuries. She treated a wide range of acute and chronic lower limb conditions and completed detailed running-specific assessments, including gait and load analysis. Angela developed individualised rehabilitation and return-to-run programs for runners of all levels, from recreational athletes to marathon competitors.

Angela has a strong background in sport, having played competitive netball for many years. This fostered a deep appreciation for movement quality and performance, which underpins her clinical approach. She has worked as a physiotherapist for local netball associations and a football club, gaining valuable experience managing both acute and long-term sporting injuries.

While practising in Australia, Angela completed further professional development in Sports Physiotherapy, Dry Needling, and ongoing musculoskeletal education. She is committed to evidence-based practice and stays up to date with current research to ensure thorough assessment, accurate diagnosis, and individualised rehabilitation programs for her patients.

Alongside netball, Angela developed a passion for running and has run two marathons, including London Marathon 2025 and Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Angela in search of great coffee, running along the harbour or immersed in a good book.

Angela will be working Tuesday to Friday when she returns in March 2026.
